What do we do?
- Personally meet with our customers to discuss and evaluate their items
- Research the item
- Arrive at a fair price for auction services
- Help in establishing a market price
- Photograph auction items and write descriptions. Then we'll setup the whole auction
- Handle all questions from buyers' and answer questions in a timely manner
- Collect payments
- Handle shipping and packaging
- Monitor buyer satisfaction, collecting the payout for the seller
How much do auction services cost? This depends on:
- Whether the reserve price was met
- The seller used a "buy it now" feature to get top dollar
- The number of images necessary to have on the auction
